My Mykel is alive. He was awake, weak eyes by at least he was breathing and all bandaged.

A tear slid from my cheek as he dropped his head sideways to we my face.

I skimmed past the nurse and ran to him. With trembling arms and wobbly knees. I held his hand pathetically staring at him.

"They told me you wouldn't make it and that you had given up. I knew it's not possible..." I said exuberantly.
