Mykel took the fork from her and started eating quietly. Selena's cheeks reddened with embarrassment.

She gradually got up from the bed turning her back on Mykel...

"I'm sorry" She said bashfully.

There was silence in the room but it didn't last long as Selena began talking.

"So? How long have you been in America?" She asked sitting on his desk.

"Four years" He replied in a whisper.

He was aching all over but he didn't want to sleep either.

He dropped the fork and pushed the tray far away from the spot he was.

"I was told you're staying here for a while. What ever happened to your parents?"...
