The rest of the day went smoothly enough; right after dinner Paige got Jimmy and Jamie into their pajamas and then got herself ready. Ronnie's Bar & Grill was the easy choice for young adults that wanted to kick back and relax without too much hassle. Paige took a shower (not getting her hair wet,) then put on a cobalt-blue v-neck t-shirt and her white jeans. She read a Dr. Seuss book to the young ones until 7:15.

Heading out the door her mother said, "What time will you be home?"

"No later than midnight, I think. Marie has a babysitter and you know what THEY charge these days, right?"...
