I woke up to find my side of the bed empty. The room was still calloused with the scent of Angelo. I sniffed in the bed covers replaying last night. We cuddled to sleep. "Rise and shine baby girl," I said to myself stretching my body. A yawn escaped me as I got out of bed. I returned to my room, took a shower, and changed before heading downstairs. Annie was the only person I saw seated on the couch with a laptop placed on her lap.

"Good morning, lover girl." She said as soon as I crashed down next to her. "And what is that supposed to mean?"...
