“Let your mind be prepared, it's gonna be a tough one.”

I drew in another breath.

“We have ten series of physical activities to start your training.” The hefty instructor boomed, walking in between the rows with his whip. We all stood at attention, brushing our chests up and our faces stiffened.

“We will begin with five here and the next five in the woods.” He peered at his watch, raised his face up and the first person his gaze met was me. My nerves stood upright.

“What's wrong with me? Is it obvious that I'm putting on a mask?” I asked my wolf but she was silent....
