Everything was spinning.
“Rave, stop,” Chris said again.
“My stomach hurts!” she shouted.
“Chris… Ravenna…” I called them weakly. They both froze and looked toward me, waiting to hear what I had to say. “I can go get some food,” I panted, out of breath. “Give me Ravenna’s clothes.”
I looked out the window as I stood up and saw a beautiful red-haired girl holding a basket of flowers. People passing by were dropping coins and bills into her basket. “I’ll dress like her,” I said, pointing to the window. “And try to get us something to eat.”
They crawled over to the window to see what I meant.
