LISA’s POV

I slightly flickered my eyes open and a ray of sunlight hit me. I had to shut my eyes again.

“Fuck.. God, that damn light!”

I exclaimed angrily, turned around, and saw Mateo sleeping soundly next to me, and immediately smiled.

I kissed his cheeks, and then checked the time.

“Almost 9 am? You don't normally sleep in till this late, baby. Are you alright?”

I said softly while looking at him.

He was an early bird, but I guessed he really needed more sleep.

I moved close to him and stared at his cute and not-so-innocent face.
