I cupped her face with my hands, looking at her eyes.

"You do not have to do anything, just be yourself, and leave the rest to me." I held her and patted her on the back, hoping it would make her feel better.

"Donald, thank you for everything and helping me all of the time. I am so lucky to have you. I will be soon Mrs. Field and be with you for the rest of our lives. And I am excited." She tilted her head up to look at me with sparkles in her eyes and kissed me on the cheek. 

She should not be worried about my mother...
