"Are you joking with me? Best friends with benefits then?" I even laughed softly so he immediately turned to me. I immediately saw the frown on his face before shaking his head.

"No, we're not."

"That idiot just wants to annoy you but it's not effective at all," he said, shaking his head.

"You can ask Marissa if you want to," he said to me so my eyebrows immediately rose.

“Of course, you two already broke up. I saw you getting mad when she got a kiss from her boyfriend, ” I said, smiling at him. I could see the shock and slight parting of his lips.
