Miriam’s POV

Everything was going normally. The party planner had sent out the invites and started decorating our backyard in preparation for the party tomorrow.

The twins had been informed of the new development and they squealed in excitement. I told them to write a wishlist of whatever they wanted for their birthday.

“Anything?” They asked simultaneously with huge smiles on their faces.

“Yes, anything for the both of you!”

“Oh my God! Thank you mummy.” Amelia hugged me and I tried to pick her up but she was just too heavy.

“You babies are getting too big for me to carry.”

“Aww. Mom! Please don’t call us babies anymore....
