Lazar’s POV

At first, I didn’t know who or where I was. I knew that I was alive and a person but I was barely functioning. Doctors and nurses hovered around me, saying things I could barely understand.

The minute they discovered that I was awake, they started to ask me a lot of different questions.

“Can you hear me?”

“Do you know where you are?”

“Do you know what happened to you?”

I answered them to the best of my ability but my memory was hazy. I concentrated hard to try and remember things at a faster rate but it was difficult.
