Marta looks at Santiago and then at Isabella and starts crying inconsolably, the latter runs to hug her without understanding what is happening to her. They make her drink a glass of water, and wait for her to calm down patiently. She finally manages to do so, wipes her face with a handkerchief offered by her father and suddenly takes his hand and tries to kneel down in front of him, but he is quicker and prevents her from doing so.
