After the chaos of the paparazzi outside, we finally stepped into the grand ballroom. and the sight hit me hard. The place looked insane, massive chandeliers dripping with crystals, soft golden lighting, elegant round tables covered in black and gold decor. Old classmates were everywhere, dressed to impress, laughing, taking selfies, and catching up like the last few years never happened.
For a second, it felt good. Like old times.
