It’s been twice now that I’ve felt his crippling pain inside me body whenever Samuel and Sophie have sex. It is this soul-crushing, skin-ripping and jarring pain that I can’t help but take up a foetal position in my bed and wait for it to subside. Nothing I do ever lessens the impact of it.
