I observed the men engaging in conversation with Silvio and Nicolas, and from what I could tell, it was not going well. I could clearly see the anger etched on their faces, along with the satisfied smirk on Max's face.

"Impossible," my father whispered, and I turned to look at him. He had a shocked expression on his face.

"Father, what is it? What's happening?" I asked him as he looked stunned, standing there staring at the strange men who were having a conversation with Silvio.
