The night she left was unbearable; I was engulfed in misery, unable to stop thinking about her. I drove everyone away from the mansion.
Trust has become a foreign concept to me. Her clothes, still carrying her scent, were my only solace. I slept beside them, enveloped in her fragrance, as it was the only way I could find some semblance of rest. Yet, sleep eluded me no matter how hard I tried; I tossed and turned endlessly.
