Before Eve came to Italy, she had a plan for her return and knew just what it was. She wanted to get Silvio in a tight position and knew exactly how she was going to do it.

She would have one of them create an illness that could threaten a person's life but keep them alive and healthy with a small antidote that would maintain their stability.
