The church parking lot was full when they got there. As the Campbells walked en masse into the church a few people waved. Molly was happy to see that she didn't feel anything about them. No uncontrollable urges or anything like that. Maybe the drug truly had worn off.

They chose a pew near the back and filed in. The technicolor Jesus on the stained glass stared down at the family from his cross. He didn't seem so disdainful, Molly decided. More perturbed. And that could easily come from, you know, literally being nailed to a piece of wood. Maybe Jesus had bigger problems than what the family had done...
