Day 2, Tuesday:

Tuesday morning, I woke up feeling like I had had the best night's sleep in a very long time. My body felt a little stiff and achy, as though I hadn't turned enough during the night and I guessed that I had been so exhausted, mentally as well as physically, from the day before that I slept like a log.

I got out of bed and went through the usual morning routine on autopilot. The whole time I was getting ready for work my mind was elsewhere, having taken up where it left off last night with replays of yesterday's high points. I realised at one point...
