"Okay, thank you," She said, not even turning my way.

We stopped right in front of the house and before she got out of the car, I grabbed her hand and turned her so that she was facing me. Her face looked so soft and delicate in the moonlight. She almost looked as though she would shatter just under the sheer weight of my touch. I picked up her hand and held it up to my mouth as I planted a light kiss upon it.

"I'll see you when I get home," I smiled lightly.

She flashed me a half smile and turned away from me to get out...
