I walked into the hospital with the small bag of food I had bought for Rachel.

I paused when I got to her door and contemplated. She had been in the hospital for a few days now but I was yet to see her.

It was killing me to know that not only that she didn't trust me she also hated and didn't want to see me right now.

After much hesitance, I turned away from the door with the food in my hand. I was just going to call Joyce later and give her the food to give Rachel.
