Rachel and Martha sat opposite each other in the open restaurant without saying anything.

Rachel's heart couldn't stop beating as she thought of the many things her mother would want to talk to her about. Everything leads back to Lana.

She was very sure that Lana had a hand in this meeting, and what her mother was about to say would prove it.

"Mother... How... How have you been?" Rachel asked hesitantly before she picked up her coffee, sipping it slowly but shakily.

Martha just stared at her without movement; it scared Rachel even more not knowing what was going on in her mother's head.
