I was looking at Aaron who was roaming his eyes all over my face like he was making sure that I'm alright. I smiled and cupped his face before kissing his forehead again.

"I'm absolutely fine, Aaron," I whispered and attached my lips to his, trying to calm him. Not knowing whether it would work now or not, before whenever he used to get furious, I used to calm him with kisses but everything has changed.

I broke the kiss when he didn't respond and found his eyes closed like he was lost in something. Smile faded from my lips, realising that now I didn't affect him...
