Alice was lying on the bed, covering her face with a pillow and crying bitterly. She was still in control and crying thinking about Rex's harsh words about rejecting her. She was trying her best to control her emotions but wasn't able to. The mere thought that Rex would accept their rejection made her heart bleed.
