He looked at me for a while, saying nothing, "Of course, you have done nothing." He said after a while in a very calm voice, that made me suddenly regret my actions. Alpha Xavier was most wicked when he was calm and I seemed to have pushed him there with my stupid vendetta.

"If I may Alpha Xavier." Eira said and he glared at her.

"No you may not." He shut her up almost immediately. "Alaric, Cedric, please come take Isabel, my mate , to the cattle yard." I didn't see he had come with anyone until mentioned their names. I suddenly felt bad for making him lose...
