Not wanting to push the matter further, I nodded gently, even though I couldn't help but have my doubts. Blood sisters usually didn't share the men in their lives, regardless of the love they shared, and blood sisters were usually closer than any two females. It was truly remarkable that Thalia and Shira were willing to navigate this unconventional path.

"I'm happy for both of you," I said, my voice filled with genuine warmth. "I hope you find the happiness you deserve."
