It was really happening. Rosalie was his and his alone.

'Dear Selene, let her be my fated,' he prayed. 'We don't sense the connection right now, but you can create it. She must stay in my life forever. I'm not in need of anyone else. Selene, please. I'll do everything possible to keep her with me.'

He gazed at the stunning woman cradled in his arms and beseeched the Moon Goddess to grant them kindness. He didn't want another, even if they knew they weren't fated. He had to have Rosalie; he could not live without her. The way they were together last night made it all clear....
