The night was silent except for the restless breeze which was disturbing the gentle atmosphere; the rumbling thunders accompanied in the disturbance.
It was difficult for me to sleep. I stood up, disengaging Eva from my body as I shoved her aside.
Gabriella's whimpers filled the hallway. I clicked my tongue in disgust, making my way downstairs.
Though her night cries had been annoying, it gave me some sort of joy to see her in pains.
