While Milena cradled Rafael's unconscious body, Angie ran to Rosa’s side and saw the scene. Just like Rosa, her body froze in place, but she quickly recovered, pulling out an injection from her gear and running towards them.

She shoved it onto Rafael's lap and injected him, then checked on his state.

“He is not breathing,” Milena sobbed, her whole body trembling. “Rafael is not breathing!”
