When I came down the stairs I found that Ezra wasn't already awake. I assumed that he had probably been busy doing whatever it was that he does when he's in the courtroom. I grabbed a plate and began to fill it up with eggs and bacon.

After eating I placed the empty plate into the sink and washed it before putting it in the dishwasher. While cleaning everything up I continued thinking about the things that I had to do today.

I knew that I would have plenty of time for them today since we would be spending most of the day in the courtroom.
