I didn't take maintenance into account when I purchased the property. It just didn't dawn on me how hard it was to find people to take care of the place. I found it annoying to have to fit them into my schedule. It would have been alright if it was infrequent but, this house and it's grounds required weekly attention. I also didn't like having all those different people in my place so often. I had to act differently when they were around which was really annoying.
