Nick was late for Josh's party, but he didn't care. He had agreed to go just because he knew that Mia and Ashley would be there too. Still, he hated the idea of having to spend the evening at a wine bar full of Josh's law school buddies, fellow interns and other future lawyer types. It was with no guilt whatsoever that Nick had chosen to come back to the apartment to take a nice shower before heading out to the party, and so what if it meant getting there much later than he was supposed to.
