I got up early so was gone by the time she and Carrie came down. Left her a note to say help yourself to whatever is available for breakfast. A car, driven by Ramos, would be here at 10 to take them to the mall and then the grocery store. Ramos will ring the intercom with the phrase "Senorita, ready for the day? Any other phrase, press call button number 1."

Of course, I got reports from Ramos and the other security guys. She seemed to be doing OK. I had security check up on her and her recently deceased husband. Guess I'm still paranoid that this is a scam...
