Alex had just returned home from work feeling extremely tired. In the final days at Lumire, he had been rushing to complete all tasks and responsibilities before officially resigning.

Upon entering the house, Alex found his mother and Nicole sitting in the dining room, having dinner. There wasn't anything wrong per se. However, there was a sight that bothered Alex at that moment.
