The soft wail reverberates throughout the confines of a bedroom.

With a heavy sigh, a tired mother stretches out under the tangled linens on her bed while rubbing her blurry orbs.

Finally emerging from under the fabric, she slowly pulls herself up and strides toward the crib in the corner of the room.
