I acknowledged his greetings and informed him that we were ready for our table.

He leads us to a place that’s romantically surrounded by diamond drops decoration. He is probably thinking of organizing a dinner for two lovebirds. As I escort Alcina towards the table, I politely guide her with my hand on her back before pulling out the chair for her.

Sitting in my own seat, a waitress arrives with the list of available wines.

For me, the decision is an easy one, so I wait for Alcina to decide on her beverage...
