Morgan's POV:

I found it difficult to breathe as I stared at Dante and my kids walking hand in hand towards the house. Miranda skipped around happily, her free hand holding a juice box which she drank from. Cole was asking Dante something, and he replied with a smile. I stumbled back from the window, my eyes turned to the door.

A few minutes later, the doorbell rang out, making me jump.

I stared at the door, and my heart thumped erratically in my chest. What do I do now? How...how did Dante get his hands on my kids? How was he able to bypass the surveillance my father had...
