Hazel smiled in her sleep.

She was in a dream of bliss. A picture of Dallan curled with her on the bed repeatedly flashed in her subconscious.

She reached out a hand to the other side of the bed. Warm, strong muscles contracted under her touch.

She opened her eyes.

Blue eyes, bright and smiling, stared back at her.

"Good morning, sunshine."

Hazel squinted out of the window. Rays of the morning sun streamed in from all sides. She stretched her limbs.

"Good morning," she murmured. "What time is it?" The knowledge of her nakedness beneath the duvet was as weak as Dallan's scent in her brain.
