“My Erasthai is sad!” 

This sentence was hitting my head with a sledgehammer, Zeth was also howling nonstop.  

“This bond-blocker has tricked us to believe that our Kitten wants us, Maddox.  

It’s wrong!” 

Yesterday, I spent an entire day with Kitten to plan about the future. And apparently, she was thrilled to select a gown, ring, theme, and venue for our mating ceremony. I would be over the moon, considering myself a perfect mate after seeing my Kitten’s reaction. But the mate-bond revealed the truth which was concealed behind this façade. 

Kitten kissed my cheek before sleeping and turned towards the other side, she loved to be spooned...
