How does it feel to be a stranger in a familiar place?

Awkward.

That’s how I’ve felt since I returned to Jeremy’s pack a few days ago. I don’t feel connected to it anymore. I spend most of my time in my room, isolating myself and avoiding conversation with most people except Aunt Disa and Dad.

Since my last conversation with Jeremy, he hasn’t come to see me. According to Aunt Disa, Jeremy has been busy meeting with other Alphas, who are probably discussing plans. And whatever they’re talking about, it’s clearly related to Elijah.

This only adds to my worries.
