If there was anything that I had found corny, it had to be long-length essays— epistles, dramatic love letters, and anything that had to do with penning down one’s heart on paper.

But last night, I had carefully crafted an apology letter meant for Renee. It wasn’t even because of what Louis had done, it was just apologizing to her for everything, for the way she was treated, and most importantly, for not being there for her when she needed us the most.
