Words were not enough to explain the relief that flooded through me when Erin told me that she saw the triplets . It was sad that my journey with them had to end here and now, and I needed to stop worrying about them.

Even though my heart ached to know if they had asked about me, I refrained from asking Erin because it was better not to know. Since their dad mentioned that they would be engaged, it was time to step aside.
