Upon entering the hotel, she immediately went to the front desk for her room reservation. "Hi," she greeted the receptionist at the front desk. "I have a room reserved under Ella Sullivan," she told the woman.

"Okay, wait a minute." The receptionist replied as she looked at the details on the computer, and then she called an attendant and assisted with her suitcase.
