Jarod was really getting on my nerves as he kept saying or doing things that pissed me off. He has been giving me a hard time these days, appearing as a rival. I wasn't ready to give up on my joy, neither was I ready to lose it and Lily was my joy.

I knew that he would watch closely at my faults and try to be better to Lily so she could favor him and probably start seeing him as the best option.

I could just punch him hard in the face but that was only going to make me lose points as I had already lost...
