Yawning tiredly and rubbing my sleepy eyes, I folded the last piece of clothing, carefully placing it in the laundry basket and locking the laundry room.

Work was hectic, and the exercises sapped every ounce of my energy, leaving me exhausted.

I craved a bath. A long one.

One filled with lavender, essential oils and scented candles. A bath so relaxing and energy-refilling. A warm bath that would be so peaceful, away from the distraction in this house.

A giggle rolled off my lips at the imagination, making me hasten my steps as I drew nearer and nearer to my bedroom.

I just couldn't wait.
