My eyes bulged, almost popping out of their sockets and a loud gasp escaped from my lips as a thundering voice echoed from the top of the mountain, vibrating the woods and shaking the trees to their roots.

Shapeshifting into my wolf form, I ran up the mountain for easy movement. Climbing the mountain in my human form would be a waste of time.

Once I got to the top, I fell on my face as a bright light shone in my direction.
