I sat by the window in my room, staring at nothing in particular, my fingers absently tracing the edge of my blanket. The world outside kept moving. People lived their lives, unaware that I had just ended a war that had consumed everything inside me.

The chaos was over.

Robert and Lola were gone, locked away, their power stripped from them like it had never existed. The revenge I had spent so long chasing was finally mine.
