Ten minutes later, he walked out of the laboratory, holding a paper in his hand and his face filled with a smile.

"Congratulations, ma'am. You are pregnant," the doctor remarked.

"What? Pregnant?" I exclaimed in shock. My face suddenly frowned.

"Of course, madam. You should be happy, of course," he replied, looking worried. "Or was it an unexpected pregnancy? Are you done giving birth?" The doctor asked me, trying to figure out what could have made me feel sad upon hearing the news the majority of couples out there are praying to hear.
