Every time I come close to finding out the truth, they keep preventing me from figuring it out.

"Aspen" Avery says warningly

"No, you don't want me to help you guys," I say as I grab my black jacket

"It's fine, I can do it by myself" I say as I put my jacket on

"Aspen, no, you don't know what you're doing" Avery says with a worried tone of voice

I don't respond to her as I hang up and place my phone in my boot.

I'm sick and tired of the secrets.

If they won't tell me the truth then I'll figure it out by myself.
