I silently shake my head as I walk up to her and gently wrap my arms around her waist. She smiles appreciatively as she wraps hers around my shoulders.

I clear my sore throat before speaking.

"What's on your mind?" I gently ask her

She doesn't have to tell me if she doesn't want to.

I'm not going to force her to tell me.

Especially not this early in the morning.
